You’ve either received this as a supplement to your copy of Christianity or Youthwork magazine or from your local Christian bookshop – or maybe a friend passed it on to you. However you got hold of it I hope that you will find this to be a useful guide to help you select some of the best Christian resources around today.
In our first issue we have included around 200 different books, CDs and DVDs available from 35 different publishers, many of them brand-new releases, bringing you up-to-date information on a wide range of quality products designed to
enhance your Christian life. We also have a range of independent book reviews, written by people just like you, highlighting some really good books they have actually read.
You may have heard that the Christian retail industry in the UK has been going through a very difficult time in the last couple of years,but the quality of work being released into the Christian market does not diminish. In this issue there are some great books and CDs featured, along with some amazing DVD resources as well.
All of the products featured in these pages are available from your local Christian bookshop and I would encourage you to support your local shop when making purchases. Of course you might not have a local bookshop and so on-line buying is your only option. But where possible check the local shop out first – they can often get product to you quicker than Amazon.
I’m keen to establish a dialogue with readers and would encourage you to set up a user account on this site. This will enable you to give feedback, provide reviews of products, leave comments and even ask for information on products. In the next few weeks we’ll be establishing a forum specifically to do this and details will appear on the website very soon.
